AnyDVD is active, but I still get a message that the DVD is protected.


Please update to the latest version of AnyDVD. Check if another driver is active, which may conflict with AnyDVD. Try activating the 'safe-mode'. AnyDVD then uses a compatibility mode. Software from Pinnacle and InterVideo may not work when AnyDVD uses the 'safe-mode'.
