How can the quality of the audio data be improved?

The quality of the copy first depends on the DAE (Digital Audio Extraction) abilities of the reader. In CloneCD you can choose the accuracy of the reading process by a right-clicking on the 'Audio-CD' profile. Instructions on how to use the profiles can be found in the CloneCD help, accessed by pressing 'H'.
