I start CloneCD and recieve a 'Kernel32' error.

If the kernel generates an error then an instable system is the cause. Unfortunately there exists no documentation of Windows. Errors with stack values could only be resolved by the development team of the operating system. We can only advise you to clean up your system and defragment your hard-drive. That may resolve the problem if the system is unstable.
