I had a bluescreen with CloneCD.

That could be the result of a driver or hardware conflict. If the system crashes and you see the bluescreen, please note the error message. That can be impotant to solve the conflict. To stop Windows2000/XP restarting after every error, you can disable that option in the advanced system options.
