When I try to burn with CloneCD I get a 'Disc is not empty' error.

This behaviour often occurs when another cd driver is active in the system and won't allow CloneCD to access the burner with its own cd driver. Is any of those programs running on your PC: InCD/DVD, DirectCD/DVD, RecordNow, Alcohol 120 or any other program that accesses the cd drives all of the time? Try to deactivate them during the time you are working with CloneCD.
