Description	We are looking for developers with a strong Computer Science background able to design and implement software for end-users. Extensive experience developing software for the Microsoft Windows platform is a must, as is experience in encoding or bit-twiddling. C#, Assembler, and media processing are all pluses, as is the ability to start as soon as possible. Essential Skills 3+ years experience C++ programming 1+ years experience in Trolltech Qt 1+ years experience in managing a software project through whole life cycle. Good knowledge of Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux Good understanding of UI design Desirable Skills Experience with languages other than C++, e.g. Java, C# Experience of writing Unit Tests / Test driven development

Description	We are looking for developers with a strong Computer Science background and a burning passion for Erlang/OTP who are interested in a 6-8 month project on Antigua, West-Indies. Several years exposure in a UNIX environment is a must, as is experience in software design of Erlang-based systems. Knowledge of SQL, python, and believing that software should be written to be used by people are all positive factors, as is the ability to start as soon as possible. Essential Skills 3+ years software development experience Worked with at least 3 different programming languages Good database design skills and knowledge of SQL Desirable Skills Firm grasp of basic network protocols Knowledge about at least one SQL server Experience of writing Unit Tests / Test driven development
