FAQ - Veel Gestelde Vragen

Na een systeemcrash heb ik Windows opnieuw geïnstalleerd. Nu werkt mijn sleutel niet meer.


Doet u het volgende:
  • Deïnstalleer CloneCD/AnyDVD (Start->Programma's->SlySoft->CloneCD/AnyDVD->Uninstall).
  • Als u gevraagd wordt om de oude instellingen te bewaren kiest u Nee.
  • Herstart uw computer.
  • Installeer CloneCD/AnyDVD opnieuw.
  • Registreer het opnieuw met uw sleutel.
  • Herstart uw computer.
